How BIG are your Grand Fortune Cookies? Our “Grand” sized fortune cookies are about the size of a baseball or large naval orange. Since our product offering is so versatile, the shelf life varies between products. All Lady Fortunes® cookies ideal at room temperature (between 65–72 degrees). A cool closet, pantry or cellar is just fine- just keep out of direct sunlight. DO NOT REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE YOUR COOKIES!!! We use real chocolate, so subjecting it to major temperature changes can cause it to discolor and look unappetizing. Between early May-October we ship ALL Chocolate Products with Ice Packs via FedEx® Overnight or 2-Day Air to prevent melting. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is home to receive their package to prevent melting while sitting outside. We recommend shipping to a business address. 11.
