2.Enter your email address

3.Select “I am a new customer”

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is Never sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information

2.Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Change e-mail address or password”

3.That link will direct you to a window where you will be able to update your new password

How Do I Return My Product?

What is your return and replacement policy?

It is our goal to leave you or your recipient delighted with the taste, freshness, quality, artisanship and presentation of our cookies and confections. If you are not satisfied with your order, it arrives damaged, or incorrect in any way we will work to resolve this for you. Our Cookie Counselor team is available from 9am – 5 pm PT Monday – Friday to assist you. Please call us at 818-993-1277 or email us and we will be happy to work with you to correct any issue you may have.

Lady Fortunes® Inc does not accept returned cookies, under any circumstances, with the exception of an order arriving damaged or incorrect. Refunds and returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and Lady Fortunes® Inc reserves the right to limit replacements. Customers with any disputes or issues regarding an order must notify Lady Fortunes® Inc within 24 hours of receiving the package. Customers must also provide a photo of any disputed cookies or products, including wrong items or damaged goods. Lady Fortunes® Inc does not refund shipping nor rush fees under any circumstance.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. Lady Fortunes® Inc cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier). Lady Fortunes® Inc does not accept returns nor extend refunds for orders that have been delayed by the carrier.

Lady Fortunes® Inc must be alerted of any and all disputes with the shipping carrier within 24 hours.

Changes To Orders Just Placed

I already placed my order. Can I change part of it, such as the delivery date, delivery address, product or gift message?

Please call us immediately at 818-993-1277 or email and we will be happy to check if changes are possible at the time of your call. Once an order is in production, changes to that order cannot be made. We are happy to make an address, delivery date or gift message change, as long as your order has not been pulled and processed.
