Each one starts as fresh baked cake- choose French Vanilla, Red Velvet or Double Chocolate- crumbled in small batches and hand mixed with our creamy buttercream frosting.

Formed into truffle size balls and flattened to feature an Edible Applique™ on the front, each Cake Truffle is hand dipped in decadent Belgian Chocolates and decorated.

Your custom artwork- logo, photo, monogram, etc.- is produced in edible ink on our Edible Appliqués(TM) and applied to the Cake Truffles. Embellished with your choice of sprinkles. Each Truffle Cake is individually wrapped in a cello bag and nestled in a glassine candy cup.
